The walk from the station felt long with baggage!!! The overall vibe felt more like a business hotel, lacking a warm, welcoming tourist atmosphere!!! The laundry facilities were inconveniently located, requiring a trek to the other wing!!!

We enjoyed our time exploring Zenko-ji Temple, which is just a pleasant walk away. Our spacious suite provided the comfort we needed after a day of sightseeing, and we particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast with both Japanese and Western options. Couples seeking comfort
It was around 15-20 min walk from the main station and they had this free shuttle service we found after getting there! The room was spacious, like A LOT of space, and those beds were very comfortable, man.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still worthwhile, if you get my drift.

We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Bath for 3 nights and it was super spacious! Felt more like an apartment with a living area and a working space. Plus, the views of the city and mountains were breathtaking. The bathtub was a great bonus too. Just wish the layout was better because it felt a little awkward in spots.

Had an awesome time with friends! We played golf, skied, and found the hotel perfect for sightseeing. The shuttle service made it easy to explore, and we enjoyed good local restaurants nearby. The atmosphere was relaxed, and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway!
One downside was the laundry facilities, which were quite a trek to the other wing. It was inconvenient during our stay.

Beautiful hotel to stay and the service is fantastic. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful, and they provided free shuttle service to Nagano Station frequently, which made getting around easy. No problem for an hour late check-out request!
The only inconvenience is the laundromat if you stay at the other wings of the hotel.
